Pickup for Return/Exchange will usually be arranged within 24–48 hours of submitting the request.

All returned products are subject to a quality check at our warehouse before approval.
Approval Conditions

A Replacement order will be shipped only after the returned product has passed our quality check.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days, OR

At your option, refunds may be issued as loyalty points, redeemable within 1 year.

Exchanges, replacements, or deliveries of damaged products will be fulfilled within 5 working days after approval.
