If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on exchange  and returns.

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to www.monkeybags.in , accessible from https://monkeybags.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

Duration & Terms for Return / Exchange 

The Return or replacement order will be picked up within 24-48 hrs of opting for the return.

 You can exchange or return the order only within 2 days of delivery

The Replacement order will be shipped once the order reaches us and the quality test is checked

The Amount for the return order will be initiated once  the order reaches us and the quality test is checked

The Amount for the return order will be refunded in the form of loyalty points which you can redeem anytime in a span of a year time
