1. How can I place an order?

2. How can I track my order?
👉 You can track your order using your Order ID or AWB number on the following link: Track Order Here.

Your Order ID is available under My Account → My Orders on our website.
You will also receive regular tracking updates on your WhatsApp number.

3. My order is delivered but still showing as “Shipped” on the website. Why?
👉 Order statuses are updated manually by our team, so it may take 12–24 hours for the status to reflect on our website.

4. How can I request a return or replacement?
👉 Once your order is delivered, you will find the Return/Replace option under My Account → My Orders.
👉 If you face any difficulty, please visit our Instagram page and check the Highlights (Return/Replace) where we’ve explained the process in a short video.

5. My order is delivered but I don’t see the option for Return/Replace. Why?
👉 Don’t worry—this happens because order statuses are updated manually. It takes 12–24 hours after delivery for the option to appear in your account.

6. How long does delivery take?
👉 Standard delivery time is 3–5 days. In rare cases, it may take up to 5–7 days due to courier or logistic delays.

7. What is the time limit for return requests?
👉 You can place a return request within 3 days of delivery.
📝 Note: All return pickups are scheduled for Fridays.

8. What payment modes do you accept?
👉 We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options.
